To my surprise the silicone filled bushing in the trans-axle was shot. Leaked oil and had to be changed. Nissan wanted to change the entire sub-frame!! Had to buy an aftermarket part and have a shop do it. Ridiculous at this mileage.

The clutch fork retaining bold SNAPPED. Apparently this was a common fault with 2003 Z's as they changed the design of the bolt the next year. I had to pull the tranny out in my garage, replace the bolt, and put it all back together.
